If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
After confirming the details, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Returns or exchanges for customer reasons

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as natural variations in materials, differences in image or expectation, or ordering mistakes.

About natural materials

Natural materials such as Ezo deer leather and deer antler may vary in scratches, wrinkles, color, and shape.
These are characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. Thank you for your understanding.

Defective items or incorrect shipments

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, we will review the situation and respond accordingly.
In such cases, we may ask you to provide photos showing the condition of the item.

Cases where returns or exchanges cannot be accepted

  • Requests made after a certain period has passed since delivery
  • Used items
  • Items that have been damaged or stained after delivery
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as food products
