Products listed on the Store may not always be available for purchase due to inventory levels, sales conditions, or other circumstances.

Even after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order due to out-of-stock items, incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer, or other unavoidable circumstances.

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on each product page.

Shipping fees and any other applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders will be shipped after they have been confirmed.

Depending on the product and inventory availability, additional time may be required before shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

6. Product Characteristics

Products sold through the Store that are made from natural materials, including deerskin and deer antler, may vary in scratches, wrinkles, color, shape, texture, and other characteristics.

These variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance of a product may differ depending on your device, screen settings, or viewing environment.
